Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Monday, September 28th Removal: Tuesday, September 29th from 10 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday, September 30th from 10 AM to 6 PM Lots 1-10 will need to be paid for in Nicollet and picked up in St. Peter. The address will be provided for you after invoices are sent out. Lots 11-400 will need to be picked up at our warehouse: 340 Ash Street, Nicollet, MN 56074. SPECIAL NOTES ABOUT LOTS 1 - 10 ON THIS AUCTION: - Nobody under 18 years of age is allowed at the St. Peter Pickup Site. - The staff that will be at the residence are representatives of the estate, NOT Southern Minnesota Auctions. They are not able to accept payment. Payment in cash or check will need to be made in Nicollet. - The address to pick up at the St. Peter residence will be provided AFTER payment is made. - The staff that will be at the residence will only be there to show you where your items are. Absolutely NO help will be provided with loading. - You are responsible for all tools, carts, straps, etc. that will be needed to remove the items safely from the residence. - If items are not picked up at the residence by 6 PM on Wednesday, September 30th, they will be considered abandoned. We will not have access to the residence after that date. Buyer's Premium: 14% if paid with credit card, 10% if paid with cash, check, or cashier's check. Buyer's premiums are capped at $1,000 per lot. It is your responsibility to check back to see if you've won anything on the auction.
